50 Plus Constructions

"50Plus Constructions commissioned them to construct a commercial tenancy fit out for our corporate headquarters in 2008. Throughout the duration of the project, we found them to be extremely proactive, co-operative and highly communicative. They were heavily involved in the design process and offered a number of practical (& creative) suggestions which assisted greatly in achieving the desired result. They completed the works on schedule and without variations to the original contract price (other than for client initiated changes). "When we first contemplated our new office fit-out, we started thinking of it as an extension of what we already had; - more space, more carpet and more desks etc. We soon realised that we were wildly wrong - we would end up multiplying the problems we already had. Instead, we needed properly designed individual and group "spaces", customised storage with the ability to accommodate our (we've been told) "extreme" passion for IT, quality and security. With this in mind we started looking through our options, including searching through the Internet and calling people that had previously dealt with various shop/ office fitters. The marked difference with A1 Interiors - was the fact that prior customers we spoke with actually raved about them, rather than just offering positive comments. Today, we can see why - the end result is both beautiful and incredibly functional; and our journey to get here was incredible and extremely well organised - thanks to A1. Adam and his team developed a fantastic layout, clearly showing that he had listened to our requirements. We then had a tight time-frame (less than a month), with new occupants already organised to move into our previous offices - A1's team were also working in a difficult environment accommodating other local businesses close by, as well as 2 floors of residential properties above and accommodating our Property Manager's exceptional cleanliness requirements with ease. If we ever require a fit-out again, they will be at the absolute top of our list."
