The “Offer”:
From your ideas & business needs for the space, we will design a preliminary layout for your staff and furniture in the chosen premises to help you decide whether the space will meet your needs. These layouts are completed on AutoCAD and you will receive an A3 copy of the proposed layout.
In addition to the design, we will provide you with a close estimation of construct costs and itemise our inclusions as well as point out other issues you may need to consider with each particular premises.
At this stage you will be armed with all the information you need to negotiate a deal that might include fitout or rent incentives to cover some of your construction costs.
