Project Brief:Our design brief from Halcrow was to efficiently re-configure an existing fitout to add a reception & meeting rooms and make the entire space feel like their own.  Halcrow had just leased an entire floor in the Riverside Centre, Brisbane, and had inherited the previous tenant’s complete fitout, including furniture.  Although there was an existing boardroom, the fitout had no reception area and was strongly branded for the previous tenant.Our design aim was to provide Halcrow with the new spaces that they needed while keeping demolition and new works to a minimum.  Our design & finishes selections set out to professionally display the international brand of Halcrow Pacific to its Brisbane audience.Outcome:A very sharp looking fitout that adequately positions the client in the Brisbane marketplace.  Exceptional design selections and space planning ensured this project was a great success.
