OUTCOME:  The challenging brief and limited floor space required many “outside the square” solutions and showcases A1’s ability to successfully design & deliver customised office spaces. 

A1 were always willing to look for ways to minimise costs and work within our budget.  Although A1’s price was considerably lower than other quotes we obtained, neither the quality of workmanship nor the service provided were compromised in any way.  A1 organised and project managed the entire fitout, which was completed in a timely, professional manner, and on budget.

We have received very positive feedback from both clients and local business people alike, who have been extremely impressed with the transformation.  The completed fitout far exceeded our expectations, and we would have no hesitation in recommending A1 Interiors to potential clients.

OUTCOME:  With careful planning, the final layout demonstrated a very clever use of space, creating a functional and modern office.

OUTCOME:  The original floor plan only had to be changed slightly to accommodate the inclusion of the original reception desk, and plasterboard ceilings were installed throughout the reception and boardroom to enhance first impressions.   From here, the client was encouraged to experiment with colour and texture and really embraced the suggested materials and palette.  The result is a very functional and stylish space that epitomises the modern office. 

OUTCOME:  The results were outstanding - with two HIA awards for best renovated kitchen and bathroom.  The house was first raised with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sitting room built on the new ground floor.  The new upper level was completely opened up to create all of the open plan living areas, with large bi-fold doors leading to the large new covered deck.  Scandinavian stairs were then used to give easy access to the new viewing deck on the roof level to further capture the awesome sea views.
